Lee and I have long been intrigued by this thing called Epic the Musical that was created during the pandemic.
This eccentric music writer guy wrote the whole thing based on The Odyssey and then held auditions on TikTok for the singers and recorded it all as a concept album. It's never been staged but has a huge cult following online.
Lots of online people make animatics for each song and anyhow one guy recently put them all together so you can kind of watch the whole thing.
(The animatics are kinda cool and funny- like one guy has glasses even tho no one in ancient Rome had glasses)
Lee and I started watching and are only on Song 8.
Do bears want to watch with us? Maybe we could do a certain chunk per week?

Big news for us Epic the Musical fans!
Apparently Jerry Bruckheimer (who made Lee's favorite movie, The Rock) is now working on an animated version of Epic the Musical to come out in theaters!
