It was so scary, but I thought I should be brave like you and I was okay! None of the bears even fell off the bed although Duddles felt nauseous for a while.

I heard that there was a heat wave on the island. Be sure to drink lots of liquids so you don't get dehydrated - I think that's what happened to Duddles which made him so flat! Maybe you could try a jungle smoothie!

I just got the present you sent me - it's a balancing board! It is so much fun - right now DJ is one end and all of the rest of the bears are on the other end. I can tell it is really improving my balance already. No more rolling out of bed for me!
