Food is a very important topic on these forums. We now have a new category devoted entirely to it (including any and all muffins, pancakes, and pastries).

Funky piece o' cheese

Post by Gulliver »

Hi.

Today I used a coupon to get some free cheese at the Whole Shnoods.

It is vegan cheese which will be good for my coat sheen. I think I will put in a salad.

Chicken Stu

Post by Gulliver »

Hi.

I tweeted and got chicken bites and fries and decided to give them to Stu. Stu seemed pretty into it. He said the fries were limp and soggy - just like he likes them.

Zupizza

Post by DJ »

Gulliver tweeted me a pizza which is like a pancake that has cheese and sauce on it which is pretty okay in my book.

It also came with mozzarella sticks for dipping.

pizza looks familiar

Post by mini-nibs »

Hmmm, that looks suspiciously like the same pizza I got in May for the Turtles movie

And those mozzarella sticks seem awfully familiar

Can I have a slice to confirm my hunch, DJ?

And a stick?

HomeChef Day

Post by Nibs »

Apparently a shipment of THREE unique and delicious meals will reach the bears in just over 24 hours!

All bears are standing by to unpack and assemble the ingredients in the proper order!

I wonder which meal they will cook first.

I hear that one of the dishes has a sauce that may include cider or beer! I hope the bears don't get too tipsy!

It sounds like the bears are very excited about the pot roast and mashed potatoes... I hear they are even going to form a queue hoping to get a taste!

An Edible Feast

Post by Nibs »

Apparently an EPIC free-snack day recently happened at WHOLE SHNODS!

Listen to this haul:

chicken salad
some other chicken dish
kale arugula salad
chicken meatball
nuts with icing on them
chip and dip
and
MINI CHEESECAKE!

Could this be the best possible free snack day on record?

Always Be Ignets

Post by DJ »

I heard that Schlop got some beignets.

Don't know what these are? You are not alone.

I have been told they can be used as a pillow (if you don't mind a dusting of powdered sugar on your fur when you wake up).

Also I have been told they are hollow and you can live inside of them if you are able to eat a door through which to get in.

Duddles told me he is on the market looking for a 2 bedroom beignet for him and Petri, FYI.

It has also come to my attention Schlop got a strange pizza the other week.

Can you tell what ingredients were on this mini pizza?

Schlop says the pizza had mini pepperonis and mini sausages and mini mushrooms and green onions and diced tomatoes and maybe some other good eats

Dreams do come true - my trip to Arby's

Post by DJ »

As you are all aware I have been hankering for some Arby's ever since it came up in a mini crossword. Today being All Hallow's Sneech, Gulliver procured for me a coupon to try out a limited edition dessert treat from Arby's.

I went to Arby's and presented my coupon where I was met with much amazement and disbelief that such a treat would be given out for free. After conferring amongst themselves, they reluctantly parted with an apple cinnamon crunch.

Overall the crunch was mild in temperature, the ice cream was quite watered-down, and it was more spongy than crunchy. Just like I wanted. I give Arby's limited-edition cinnamon apple crunch a 5 out of 5 zupancakes.

Thank you for reading.
