That was interesting about bears. Did you see that article was disputed by Bobo. Wasn't he Yogi Bear's little friend that always wore the bow tie? He seemed like a nice fella. Always getting roped into that eternal quest for pic-a-nic baskets.

Oh yeah... but I was going to tell you about another funny part of the last time we saw the Colbert Report.

So he was talking about how this baby eagle was going to be named after him and he was its father and all. Then he said, I'm going to give it it's first meal. So then he ate a hotdog and regurgitated it into a fedex enveloped and sent it off to the SF Zoo. HOO HOO HOO HOO!!!

Hey Shnoodles

Did you hear about what happened on Wednesday with Colbert and the Whitehouse Correspondant's Dinner? It sounds like it was quite the thing... he was honest and no one was laughing and everyone was upset. I was wondering if you could find the video anywhere for me online... I can't seem to and it'd be cool to see.

Also did you hear that they started up this website www.thankyoustephencolbert.org and it has more than 40,000 posts already, just since Wednesday. Crazy

Hey guys - I came across this clip of Stephen busting some moves. Maybe Schlop should try to master some of these dance moves, it might help him with picking up those elusive Schlopettes at the discos. Hey, you never know!

Oh hey guys!!!

I can't believe I forgot to tell you about this!!!

I watched the Colbert Report the other day in the hotel in Utah.

He did a WHOLE segment on the Candian hockey game where the fans threw teddy bears onto the ice!!! (I know someone posted about that a while back... can't remember where....) He took it as a threat against him because of his well-known rivalry with BEARS!!! So then he made a bet with the head coach of that team that if they lose the next game, he gets to declare Stephen Colbert day and if they win, Stephen has to wear the jersey of that team on the show one night. I wonder what happened!!!

But it was pretty cool that he talked about the teddy bears and showed footage!!!

OMG, Shnoods!!!

That video is SO hysterical. You really have to hear it with audio!! Best parts....

- guy has a really funny laugh the whole time
- the guy who holds the bear up to the camera says "oh no, don't throw me, look how cute I am, don't throw me..."
- when the bears come from up top the guy says "ahhh..... splat!"
- at one point the guy goes crazy and says "Oh no!! One of them that has beans just hit the glass and was beheaded and the BEANS are going everywhere!!!"

BEANS ARE GOING EVERYWHERE!!!!

I wonder where they got all those animals?
Some people were like throwing 10 in a row... so many bears!!!!

OMG!!!!!!!

I just watched the Colbert Report tonight and he talked about Knut the Polar Bear and how we should KILL THIS BEAR and why are we raising bears anyway because they will just kill us! And then there were cute pictures of the bear and Stephen kept saying "oh...he looks so cute...buttons for eyes... NO WAIT, TAKE THIS PICTURE DOWN, THIS BEAR MUST DIE!!!"

IT WAS SO FUNNY!!!!!

Have you heard about the turtle race? Scientists are tracking female leatherback turtles on their migration to the Galapagos to see who wins! One of the turtles is named Stephanie Colburtle!!!

Right now Steph is in third... oooh this is exciting!
