Ahem.

As we all know, McFlurries are more than just a delectable treat - they are also used as currency in wagers. Unfortunately the bookkeeping done by some of my fellow bears is not... how should I say, always up to Snuff (no offense, Snuffles).

I figure we can use this thread to officially keep track of all McFlurry promissory notes and IOU's. Hopefully no bear will ever be denied their rightful McFlurry ever again.

In fact, a McFlurry was wagered just today, so I'll begin by posting that next!

Let it be known, that on this date in the year of our Schlop 2016, one Duddles did challenge Lee to a wager on the matter of a Supreme Court nominee. If President Obama's nominee of Merrick Garland is accepted to the Court then Lee will receive a SuperFlurry. If not, said SuperFlurry will go to his royal Duddles.

Let the Flurry fall where it may.

Also could I get it in a plastic Cubs hat?

Lee got a McFlurry from Mom today for the fact that no one was home when she went to get the piano.

Maybe she will try to make it a SuperFlurry!

Let it be known that on this date in the year of our Schlop 2016, a McFlurry was wagered between Gulliver and Lee. If the song 'The Room Where It Happens' is performed at the Tony Awards and no other Hamilton songs are performed, then Gulliver gets a McFlurry. If multiple songs including 'The Room Where It Happens' are peformed then Duddles receives the McFlurry. If 'The Room Where It Happens' is not performed, then Lee shall receive said McFlurry.

So it was written, so it shall be.

It has been ruled that the song 'The Room Where It Happens' was never performed at the 2016 Tonys, and as such Lee is named the rightful winner of said McFlurry wagered on April 13th in the year of our Schlop. Gulliver hereby owes Lee one McFlurry to be dispensed at some point in the future.

So it was written, so shall it be done.

Hmmm, what if Merrick Garland is never appointed this year, but then Hillary re-nominates him next year? Would Duddles or Lee get the McFlurry?

Maybe Nibs can weigh in on this as an impartial bear.

It has been ruled that Brooke and Scott won the 29th Amazing Race by checking their bags in Chicago, and therefore Lee is the rightful winner of one McFlurry at a date to be determined.

Let it be known that a McFlurry has been placed on the line according to the following conditions:

If the marriage between Kylo Ren and Princess Leiah* is still in tact on their 5th anniversary of November 11th, 2021 then Lee will win, and if not then Dave will win, and if they get divorced on November 11th 2021 then Duddles will win.

Hmmm seems like a strange thing to bet a McFlurry on but who am I to judge.

* Note that names have been changed to protect their identities

Exciting news - Lee did so well on her big presentation that she was awarded a milkshake which I think is a McFlurry without any Oreos. Then when she went to Nibs 'N Out they told her the milkshake machine was broken - but somehow Lee convinced them to give her a milkshake anyways - what a miracle!

Lee brought home enough straws for each bear to have a sip and no bears had upset tummies - yay!

Let it be know that a McFlurry has been placed on the line according to the following conditions:

Should Gonzaga win the NCAA championship then Dave receives one (1) McFlurry

Should Gonzaga lose the game Nibs shall receive one (1) taquito

In the case of a tie, Dave and Nibs shall split one (1) Taquito McFlurry

The McFlurry has spoken.

We won't know until tonight if the Zags will finish their undefeated season...

But meanwhile McDonalds just announced a new McFlurry flavor!!

Congratulations to Nibs - whose faith never wavered that Gonzaga would melt like a McFlurry left in the sun when it mattered.

Also Nibs must have had insider info that Baylor was called "The Bears" and thus would be unstoppable. The Bears smothered the Zags like one of Schlop's many blankets.

This means that Nibs wins one (1) taquito. I hope he will split some with me.

Tragically we will never get to hear about that new McFlurry flavor now.
