Build a fjord for Dave

Post by Nibs »

Hullos!

All the bears have been rallying together to help Dave heal! Many a fuzzy hug and a yummy food snack has been prepared.

But healing goes as its own slow pace and waiting to heal is no fun at all.

So let's start this thread to keep giving Dave hugs and support and also maybe some fun ideas of things he can do or watch while he's healing.

Bears like Dave! Bear hugs!

Grow and heal

Post by Snuffles »

I remember one time I helped Dave heal when he had pox. We watched a lot of good movies but mostly I remember The Last Emperor and Legends of the Fall.

Anyhow I was thinking it might be fun to go back to those old Grow Games. Those things were sometimes fun. Maybe there are even some new and good ones to try?

Of course I'm always up for a movie anytime! Maybe some marathons? All Keanu movies?

Hugs!

The best of youtube

Post by PB »

I've been pretty sparse on the hugs, but am here for you. There, there.

I hear this is a pretty quality pocket of youtube and I highly suggest you watch all 22 episodes and then report back.

Hoo hoo, hugs!

Naps are the best use of any spare few hours. Each one is different than the last.

I can't recommend naps enough.

I am always standing by with a hug!

I think the best way to spend our time is to read more Hamilton together.

We haven't even gotten to the Reynolds Pamphlet yet! He's never gonna be President now!

We've got so much great stuff left to get through. Let's keep reading!
Answer: This character studied medicine, "knowing it would be useful in long voyages"

Expelliarmus!

When Nibs and I go through tough times, one of our favorite guilty pleasures is to watch all these WizRock videos.

Not sure if that will help anyone except me and Nibs though.

We send hugs!

Hullos!

Hugs are always at the ready! And pancakes too are at the ready!

I hear there are a lot of great cooking shows on youtube.

Some people really like her series: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=na08pLHKbo4

I only like the ones involving breakfast foods that are soft and warm.

Maybe we can try some out?

Also gonnna cast another vote for naps. Can't go wrong.

Ash music video

Amanda wrote a little song about how Missourians (and others) should vote tomorrow.

Ash is making noises with Neil in the background!

PEACH POWER

Post by Sneeches »

Sending SNEECH HUGS to DAVE!

When I can't see PEACHES sometimes I get SAD

To pass the weeks until next PEACH TIME sometimes I watch TED TALKS.

Some of them are really USEFUL. Other are LESS USEFUL.

Most of the time it's not as good as being with PEACHES though!

Here are some the INTERNET thinks are GOOD:

I'm always surprised how many full length classic noir films are on youtube.

This one is pretty interesting:

Healing is happening

Post by Nibs »

Word on the street is that the puncture wound has stopped bleeding and coagulation has happened! Wahooo!

Schlop attributes this to his Eastern proximity of being a few states closer by so that his healing hugs have more power.

But I like to think it comes from all the bears continuing to heal and send hugs!!

So let's keep it up guys!! Keep those healing hugs coming!!!

Peaches and Gulliver are creating a real pile under a pillow I heard. I wonder if that will generate even stronger hug energy!
