A new exciting chapter is soon approaching for the Forest Bears.
Despite being surrounded by foliage from every side of the cabin, there has been a petition to bring some foliage INSIDE the cabin!
It all began when Lee's new job gave her a free plant and she chose Pete the Pencil Cactus:
Then at some late night hour, Schlop and Lee got the idea that they should get some more plants with their one-time 10% discount and see how the place feels with a little more verdigris! (Hoo hoo, that was for you, Gulliver!)
So they ordered these little guys. I think Max looks pretty cute!
It remains to be seen if we have the training necessary to care for these new additions to the cabin. Will they require a constant diet of quesadillas and toast, like Schlop? And will they encroach too much on fuzzy bear spaces?
Only time will tell! So far we await their arrival.

Dr. Nibbingstone I presume
Check out these plants that arrived!
Nibs also got a probe to be able to tell when the plants are thirsty - how cool is that!

You have plants right here in your kitchen, for example, that are poisonous. You picked them because they look pretty, but these are aggressive living things that have no idea what century they're living in and will defend themselves. Violently, if necessary.
